Your Role:

As a Sales Agent, your duties include:

  • Engaging directly with customers to present and sell mobile services.
  • Clearly articulating the benefits of our partner’s mobile connectivity and the cost benefits associated.
  • Achieving and exceeding daily and weekly sales targets.
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge regarding all mobile service offerings.
  • Accurately completing all sales documentation and reports.
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Actively participating in training sessions and team meetings alongside other Mobile Services Sales Agents.
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
 

To be considered as a Sales Agent, you need:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in telecom or mobile services.
  • Strong persuasive and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • High level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
