Your Role:
As a Sales Agent, your duties include:
- Engaging directly with customers to present and sell mobile services.
- Clearly articulating the benefits of our partner’s mobile connectivity and the cost benefits associated.
- Achieving and exceeding daily and weekly sales targets.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge regarding all mobile service offerings.
- Accurately completing all sales documentation and reports.
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Actively participating in training sessions and team meetings alongside other Mobile Services Sales Agents.
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
To be considered as a Sales Agent, you need:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in telecom or mobile services.
- Strong persuasive and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
- High level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
